Grandmaster Zhong Lian Bao

- born 1st  March 1942 in Yantai, Province of Shandong, Northchina

- since 1953 student of LIN JING SHAN - Seven-Star Mantis master of the 4th generation

- Vice-President and Executive-Director of the "Yantai International Tang Lang Quan Association"

- He has students in China, the Philippines, in Hong Kong, Italy, Belgium and Germany (In 2002 he will start to teach in the USA also!)

- His most famous Kung-Fu brother is "Yu Hai". "Yu Hai" was an actor in several "Jet Li"-movies and for example acted as the abbot of the shaolin-monestary.
